Jackie F. Breland, CPA

Jackie is a CPA and experienced financial consultant with more than 35 years of accounting, finance, and tax experience. She has been serving as an independent consultant to nonprofit, governmental and for-profit businesses in South Carolina for the past 20 years. Jackie’s background includes public accounting experience with Ernst & Young and corporate accounting, tax and project management experience with Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Company. Her financial consulting experience includes business start-ups, government grant management, and financial systems design and implementation.
